RETURN & REFUND POLICY

EZYANO is committed to ensure full customer satisfaction concerning the products available on our website & customer assistance. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the order for a full store credit of the paid price for the product (excluding shipping charges).

The customer has to return the products on their own within 3 days of receipt, with a prior communication on our email id :info@ezyano.com

We reserve the right to accept or reject the request if the communication is not initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer a 3-day exchange for the product, if it is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
• Please inspect your order after receiving and contact us immediately (within 48 hours from the time of delivery) if the item is defective or damaged.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.


After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and our customer care team will update on refund or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Once the return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by our quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Only store credits will be given on the return orders of the same value. Which the customer may use to redeem in their next purchase. We do not refund the cash, Cheque or any modes of payment.
